SkinCrater v2.8.1 released

Here is a changelog:

SkinCrafter 2.8.1

- Tree control memory leaks corrected
- Separated checked\unchecked text color properties of push-like checkboxes and radio buttons
- Vista frame buttons bug fixed
- Dialog resizing issue corrected
